Ambassador Program

The RTI Donor Services Donor Family Ambassador program provides opportunities for tissue donor families to share their talents and experiences by volunteering.

An Ambassador is a volunteer who shares his or her story of donation and conveys a positive message about tissue donation to others.

These volunteers can speak at hospitals, health fairs, community events and more. Donor Family Ambassadors may be accompanied by members of the RTI Donor Services team at the specific event. Ambassadors also are encouraged to attend donor family events hosted by RTI.

Specific activities that our Ambassadors may be involved in can include sharing their stories with the community, with healthcare professionals or with other donor families and listening to other donor family members and answering questions.
