Donor Memorial Quilt

Through the Donor Memorial Quilt program, RTI Donor Services offers donor families an opportunity to honor loved ones who were tissue donors. Each quilt is a special labor of love created by families to commemorate those who gave gifts of life.

We extend a special invitation to each of our donor families to help us continue to expand the Donor Memorial Quilt program by creating a square dedicated to their loved one.

The quilts are used to increase awareness about tissue donation and make communities aware of the compassionate people who made the decision to donate. We display quilts at health fairs and seminars, hospital-related functions, special events and ceremonies. Our donor families may reserve the quilt to display at family events within their communities.

During times when the quilts are not reserved for special functions, they will be housed in the RTI Donor Services offices.

We encourage all of our donor families to participate in this program. We believe participation in this project is beneficial to donor families and know from experience that the impact on the public is tremendous.
